- Multilayer Plating : Sandwiching multi-layered acetate plates.
- Cutting : Realization of finished products cut out flat, engraved, polished, according to your drawing.

Custom-made: Different colours of pellets are used to make a plate. The pellets are opaque, translucent or transparent, with or without mother-of-pearl, either for fancy colours or for a classic tortoiseshell aspect.
Reactivity: The project being studied, the manufacturing deadline is between 3 and 5 weeks.
Small series: 24 fronts are made with a plate which weighs 2 kilos and measures 475X535X6 mm.

In more than 35 years, Roussilhe has become a key economic player on the eyewear market.
Located in the Oyonnax basin, the factory is the place where the acetate collections are designed and produced. All the stages of the manufacturing – designing, prototyping, machining, polishing and finishing- are made on the site which is 1,200 square metres.
The expertise of the whole manufacturing is guaranteed by the staff’s know-how and 5-axes technologies.
100,000 glasses per year are produced in our workshops; they have been labelled “Origine France Garantie” since 2012.
